At Jenny Penny Luxury, we ensure your pre-loved designer pieces arrive safely and beautifully packaged. Each item is handled with the care and attention to detail our clients expect.

Shipping Services

  • We currently ship throughout the United States only
  • Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage & Priority as our primary carrier
  • UPS or FedEx available upon request (additional charges may apply)
  • Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Express shipping available for select destinations (choose at checkout)
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered during select promotional periods

Insurance Coverage

  • Basic USPS insurance up to $100 is included on all orders
  • Purchases over $100 are shipped at the buyer’s risk unless additional insurance is purchased
  • Enhanced protection (additional insurance and signature confirmation) is available upon request
  • Cost of insurance depends on the item value and destination

IMPORTANT: While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, Jenny Penny Luxury’s liability is limited to the included $100 USPS coverage unless additional insurance has been requested and purchased.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your order is shipped
  • You can track your package in real-time using your account dashboard or via carrier website
  • We are available via email to assist with any shipping questions or delivery issues
